What a way to enjoy a dinner!!! As we were strolling down Beach Drive in downtown St Pete we ran across Birch & Vine. The weather was perfect for an outside dinner. We had WILL as our waiter. Let me tell you, Will is the deal 💯 He was very attentive and gave us speciality culinary preparation choices as well as answering any of questions on the menu.
Wait... Did I say that dinner was AMAZING! We will definitely return as nothing disappointed.

So wonderful! Summer was spectacular! She is an elite mixologist & is so friendly! Food was astonishing! I enjoyed the lovely mushroom flatbread while seated at the bar. There was a live pianist and it was such an elegant experience. Highly recommend this beautiful, lowkey, classy restaurant ✨

On top of that, the food was absolutely fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Laura, the maitre d', makes you feel welcome from the minute you approach the restaurant, to your table, and as you leave. George, the manager, made us feel right at home and surprised us by telling us they are now offering locals a discount. The food is absolutely delicious, with a well balanced menu. We highly recommend this place.
