No one in line outside but I had questions and order taker female hung up on me before I was done. Very rude. Food was flavored with too much smoke and too much mustard. Nuggets are tiny and thin.

Rude employees on nightshift 04/01/2024. Drive through is very slow and always forgets something from your order.Check your bag before leaving.You shouldn't have to inventory your order. But, at this BK you do.While at drive through window, I witnessed a spilled order of fries on the floor. Instead of stopping to sweep it up or move it aside, 3 employees just walked through it. Stepping on the fries, while moving with no sense of urgency to do their job.

My order came for a girl named Michelle P. and my name is Margaret Mitchell so obviously the wrong order. This was delivery. The person that came with the food said she couldn’t help me. I then called the store and they said something about it being a third person Order and that they couldn’t give me my correct order. I did not want that order, but they couldn’t help me. They said. I will never order from Burger King delivery ever again.

Told me to park out near the front of the building to wait for her to bring out the food from the drive-thru, and I watched other cars go through the drive-thru while I waited for 10 minutes, then she proceeded to bring the food to the other cars that were after me first and I was last! I told her it was the worst service and she just said okay! Would not recommend them at all!

Spent almost $50 to come home to a wrong order. There's nothing plain about a burger with ketchup. Also, no sauce for my nuggets or onion rings. I'm not angry I'm just disappointed.

I have been to this Burger King several times and haven't had any problems. But, my last few visits have left something to be desired. I ordered. through the app and let them know in the drive thru. When I got to the window, I could see that there was someone, on a ladder, cleaning the ledge over the food. I asked about it since I ordered hash browns and they are stored under where the woman was cleaning. The person handing out the food said they were covered. I was icked out. Took my order, but didn't eat it. Yesterday, I ordered through the app. But, when I got to the drive thru, they said they were behind and it would be 10 minutes before they would be open. This was at 7:30 am. They are supposed to be open at 7. I will not be going back to this store.
