This BK was terrible three months ago and I said I would never go back but fortunately I did and I'm glad I did! What a drastic (good) change in three months! They must have cleaned house as all of the old employees that were so loud and unprofessional are gone. The place is spotless now. I now go 2 or 3 times a week and would highly recommend.
Anna who works in the morning is amazing. It is a joy to hear her greeting over the drive through intercom as she is pleasant and positive with her client interactions. It is a refreshing change from most fast food establishments (including other Burger King’s where most employees make you feel like they don’t want to help you. Anna makes you feel welcome and sets the bar for other employees to follow her lead!
