Manager Named David on night shift was extremely helpful and also suggested to change my order to sale items that I was not aware was on sale and saved me almost $5!! I also loved how he told me that "I Rule" like I was a king myself!! Thank you B.K. I will keep coming back!!
Parking: Very large parking lot!! No problem finding a spot.
Kid-friendliness: Workers are very attentive to children giving them crowns and making sure they get big ice cream cones when ordered!!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is multiple ways to get from the lot to the door for wheelchairs also large double doors open together so there is plenty of room for larger wheel chairs also there are tables made to move so wheel chairs can access them easier!! Great place overall!!

Order two sausage and cheese croissants no egg extra cheese got sausage and bread. No cheese paid for extra cheese calling the phone. No one answers. I don’t get off work till 9 o’clock at night now I have no breakfast and I will be in when I get off at 9 o’clock since no one chooses to answer the phone.

Please put less sauce on the sandwiches I ordered a whopper not a mayowich. It looks like the king has his dirty way with the sandwiches with how much mayo are on them. good looking location with updated atmosphere. Timing of service is a mixed bag. Employees are friendly

I just ordered an impossible Whopper meal and they gave me a beef patty. Flat out unacceptable. Will never go to this location, maybe even another BK ever again. Jonathon was the cashier and a female took my order. 8:30PM 12-8-24. Despicable service.
I got off work this evening and pulled up at 9:20. There were four cars in the parking lot. I went through the drive-thru where there were zero cars waiting. I could only catch part of what was said as I pulled up, but I understood that they were telling me to wait for a minute. I waited for several minutes and then asked if they were okay. When I didn't hear a response I drove around to the window to which the place appeared completely empty from the drive through. After just a moment I saw an employee walk out from behind something and immediately said " I asked you to wait a minute." To which I responded, " I waited several minutes and then drove around to see if you were okay." She went on to tell me that she was working by herself and was busy..... But there was not one single person visible inside or in the drive thru. So as I pulled away annoyed I heard her saying, " Now I can take your order.". However, I had already waited for several minutes and was not waiting any longer to be spoken to and that manner by a place that I was trying to spend my hard-earned money at. Do Better BK!

Every time we come here around 1pm -5pm there is always a really rude person on the headset. I worked at Wendy's for a very long while so I understand fast food is hard. BUT sighing loudly in the headset at a customer and saying "Are you done yet is uncalled.
