If you love ramen and haven’t tried this place yet, you need to! I’m obsessed with the Braised Short Rib Ramen. Absolutely delicious. 🤤 The Crispy Duck Ramen is another favorite. Service is quick and super polite. Highly recommend stopping by soon! 🩵

Ramen was too salty and had poor flavor.

Food was decent. Not fantastic but not bad. My husband rated the ramen 6.5 (and he lived in Japan). However, the service was terrible. They were nice, but obviously didn’t really want to work as I had to go to them to ask for things.

Meh ramen, untrained and unknowledgeable staff, out of half of drinks. Not what it used to be.

This place is absolutely amazing. We had the seafood and short rib Ramen along with the volcano shrimp as an appetizer. Everything was delicious. Service was great and the bar makes some of the best unique drinks we’ve ever had looking forward to our next visit.

Great noodles, but a few misses.

We had a nice time at Buya. I ordered the crispy duck ramen and the short rib bao buns. The ramen had solid flavor, and the noodles were excellent. The duck came in a patty shaped like a block of spam, which was a bit awkward. While it was tasty, it lacked heat. I added some of their hot sauce, but the real surprise was the seasoning on the table—it ended up being the perfect touch for the broth.

The bao buns were disappointing. The buns were soggy and fell apart easily, and the meat inside was just average.

Overall, I’d come back for the ramen, but it’s not making my top ten.

I tried this place awhile back and it was ok, i got the crispy duck ramen and it was not as flavorful as I was expecting it to be, i also got the pork belly buns, which i really liked.

The edamame was good. All the bowls were heavily salted. There were 4 of us and all of us had the issue. The server was great.

As always the food was amazing. Price has gone up. But not by much We have tried other Ramen in the area. We always go back to this restaurant.

Food was amazing. Everything from the short ramen bowls to the boa buns. It's all good!

This place used to be awesome....service was always questionable but the food was really good. NOT ANY MORE!!!!! Terrible service and the worst Ramen I have ever had. The key to any Ramen is the broth....this broth was flavorless brown water. Never again.

Things have changed a bit since I was last there. The Tonkatsu broth is not as rich as before. It wasn't silky with pork fat and it was a bit bland, as well. Also, my ramen noodles, were stuck together in clumps, which was puzzling and made it difficult to eat, until I broke them up. I am super picky about Ramen, having traveled to Asia, but all in all it was a good meal and we will return.

I FORGOT TO TAKE PICS OF THE FOOD!! That's how great the experience - food was amazing as expected. Shishito Peppers were delicious and not overly spicy. Short rib bao buns were tender flavorful delish. Veggie gyoza 10/10 seared perfectly and finally the Crispy Duck Ramen was so delicious our server offered to switch out the pork broth for chicken or mushroom (good to know if you don't do pork) I'll def be back 🫶🏻
