The duck and the roasted pork… first 2 items on the ramen menu are just delicious. I am ?? I like my stuff spicy… so i ended up adding all of the chilis that they have on the table.

I’ve had ramen in pretty much every major city. Nothing compares to Buya! Legit the best ramen I have ever had. The crispy duck is my favorite! Shishito peppers are fire, and the bao buns are to die for!

Ingredients were included in ramen that weren't listed on menu, prices didn't match between website and in restaurant (more expensive in restaurant), and it just isn't nearly as good as it used to be (ramen was heavy on sesame, didn't have a rich tonkotsu flavor, and listed black garlic oil was missing).

The soup has no flavor at all. The Service was fine. The duck was squashed like a hamburger for some reason. The photos look good but the food is not at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and go down the street to the glass noodle the soup there is amazing.

My boyfriend and I came here for our two year anniversary since this was the restaurant we came to for our first date. As usual it was amazing! Delicious food and our fabulous server Tara made sure it was a special experience!

Hands down, best Japanese restaurant in St. Pete! I loved everything we ordered. All meals has different shades of flavors - chef definitely knows what they are doing. Affordable, but food tastes better than in some $$$$ restaurants. It’s not just a hipster place, go try it!

So I realize now why the ratings were not super high as the food looked good in photos. Food was really bad. I had the noodles first with the duck, which I was thinking nice felt on the duck with the crispy skin, but they had taken the meat off the bone and mushed it together and put it in a frying Pan and squashed. It flat in the frying Pan. So I changed out for the beef rib Thinking it would be nice out the oven on a bone, but it was the same thing. Smushed in a pan and reheated disgusting, and the broth was not tasty either. Did not eat at all. But Sasha my server was Phenomenal.

My husband and I came in on Easter. The bartender was very nice! My husband wasn't feeling well so he went out of his way to meet all of our needs promptly. He showed a great amount of empathy towards us, which made us feel at home. The food was absolutely amazing and came out right away. We will definitely come back one day to try more things from the menu. The salted edamame was to die for!

I had the short rib ramen and my friend had the seafood ramen. Both were delicious, and mine had a lot of meat in it. The melon cocktail was also great! I loved their interior and the service was top notch. Best ramen I’ve had in St Pete so far.

This place has severely gone down hill in the past 3 years. Tonight the place maybe had about 5 occupied tables. The Host barely sat us, it was more of a hand gesture towards an empty table. The waitress greeted us by just dropping off water, looked annoyed when I asked for utensils that the Host failed to give us any. Then ignored us for about 15 minutes. When our order was finally taken, she was short with us. Didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything to drink besides the water. Another waitstress delivered our appetizers and entrees. The Pork Gyoza looked & tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil. Ramen broth was bland. Duck seemed over cooked.Our original waitress didn't check on us once while dining. When it came to paying the tab, practically threw the handheld on the table & walked away.I will not be returning.
