I ordered food delivery from Chipolte this evening. When it arrived it was loaded down with a topping I did not order and to which I am allergic. When I called the restaurant I was fielded to an automated system. The system offered me a free soda for my trouble. I asked to speak with an agent, who told me that I have a free soda, and thanked me for my time and disconnected our chat. Now I still am out the money I paid for a meal I can't eat. From my experience of ordering online for the first time today, I'd say they give you a THIRD of the portion that they give you when you watch them prepare it. Our burrito bowls didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. The food did not shift in transit. One side of my bowl was CLEAN, untouched by any food ever. I ordered it with lettuce and I could count LESS than 10 tiny pieces of lettuce.They must have given me just a pinch of lettuce between 2 fingers. I had to add my own...read full review
