I have been coming to this chipotle for years. There was a time where this place was a well oiled machine. The staff was very nice and worked well together.

But that time is gone. Over the last few years the staff has gotten worse. It’s now at the point where they are the most unprofessional chipotle staff I’ve ever dealt with. My son and I just visited Chipotle, and a woman named Katrina prepared our meals. Each time I've come here, she has always been polite and kind. My order was quite complicated, and the line was out the door, but she continued to serve us while also training two new employees. Thank you for your excellent service!

I ordered a salad for myself and a burrito for my husband, Nov 9 around 6:30pm. I just want to tell whoever made our food, I wish for you a pillow that is always nice and cool, you never step in a little puddle of water with socks on, your lipstick never smudges on your teeth, you always have a hair tie on hot days.
