Thanks for ruining an attempted lunch with family. 40 minute wait for cold food that has sat in the window. Waitress was extremely disrespectful and careless. Manager refused to do what he was doing to come out. Terrible food terrible service careless management. Felt very disrespected on top of a ruined meal and family time
The food was OK at best. But DO NOT CHARGE ME to use my credit card. It is a BS fee. I believe we call that "the cost of doing business" Then do not make a scene and tell me why I am wrong for demanding that you take the off my bill.
Waited for a good 5 minutes for server to get drinks that were ready at the bar. Sent back 2 seafood plates because it was undercooked. Never saw a manager. AC blowing too hard on tabletops which made appetizers cold faster
