Well firstly the older lady was such a miserable person. I hate to say this no wonder your place is dead when you charge 17.99 for the smallest omelette I have ever seen. I ask for a extra set of knife and fork. They come with it she said I am sorry but very bad service I came in tonight to get a good meal but extremely disappointed never walk in here again. If you would have been a little better at customer service you would have got a nice tip. It no I guess that is to much to ask from Denny's. November 10th 6~630 pm.

Denny’s is not dealing with its customers in good faith and not informing the customers that they don’t honor” AARP -15% discount on any Grand Slam, Super Slam or any special. “
They wait until you get to the register to pay to find out that only your cup of coffee was discounted.
The woman who works at Denny’s said she has been there for 6 years and it’s always like that. Which is a fabrication. In the past 16 years we have eaten at Denny’s every couple of months and NEVER experienced that!
The Denny’s in Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Daytona Beach, and Sarasota They all honored AARP 15% discount.
The management “FAILED MISERABLY “ in informing the customers of not honoring AARP on certain food dishes.
It Should be printed on a sign on the DOOR when you enter OR It should be written in large print on the MENU.
HOW CAN THE BUYER BEWARE IF THEY ARE OVER 65 , DECREASE VISION, NO COMPUTER TO FIND OUT RULES OF DENNY’’S AND THERE IS NOTHING POSTED!!
NOT ONE WAITRESS OR CASHIER OR MEET -AND -GREET MANAGER INFORMED US ABOUT THE RULES FOR PAYING FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS …
We have been members of AARP for over 20 years and never encountered a single problem until now from Denny’s .A breakfast house we have gone to for over 20 years.
We , my friends (who are all senior citizens) and my family won’t be going back because the woman on the phone was rude, yelling and continuously talking over me while I was talking then she hung the phone up while I was still talking.
She desperately needs dispute management classes and counseling for anger management on dealing with the general public.
She just caused her company to loose 38 old customers!
We are going to Village Inn and Do Do’s where they know how to treat customers!

Even though there was an extra 10-15 minutes of waiting for meal, the server was very informative, attentive, apologetic and cheerful.
Biscuits and gravy was tasty (could have been covered up with gravy instead of looking like a cake with frosting squirted on it) and the option of having 1 strip of bacon and 1 link of sausage was a good option to give. Presentation, was ok, but still tasty.
I did order a pancake and spouses did as well, but they both came on one plate. It was confusing if we both got one or if it was two for a person. Spouse asked for extra plate for me, and it was given.

I place an order today at 10:44am and i was not able to come and pick up my order do to me having no way to pick it up do to the kind of work that i do I came later on in the same day and Mr Vincent let me know that if I place an order and don’t pick it up when I order it that he will not make my food fresh and that I would have to take the food that has been sitting here all day . I think that is the craziest thing I have ever heard someone tell me not only that the customer service sucks here and I really feel like I was treated differently because of the color of my skin because I know if I was a different skin tone it would have not been a problem

The service was amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My waitress was an absolute sweetheart — so kind and attentive. Definitely left wanting to come back ❤️🥳

There is a horrible odor as soon as you walk in I have no idea where it’s coming from. Waited forever for our food and the server could have cared less. Food was cold and wrong. The icing on the cake was the roach crawling where we were supposed to check out at…. This place just needs to be shut down. Disgusting.

I like Dennys but it sucks that sometimes the staff isn't as friendly as I like. I door dash, and waiting on food sometimes if brutal.

Excellent service but the floor emits a foul odor from the buildup of dirt and food in the grout. The entire restaurant floor needs to cleaned thoroughly . Food was good.
Our breakfast was cold. Cold eggs not cooked properly the only good thing about it was the coffee
