I’m very familiar with kava bars, and very experienced. I used to come to Mad Hatters a decent amount several years ago, but had eventually stopped coming due to consistently bad service. This was my first visit in about 2 years. Today 100% changed my mind and I’m excited to become a regular customer of Mad Hatters again.
