Slowest drive thru - about 5-10 minutes per car, and then they didn’t even give us our food at the window, they asked us to pull into a parking space and wait another 10 minutes for them to bring it to us. Hash browns were burnt and my sandwich wasn’t toasted. Bad all around

Came at 2 in the afternoon on Halloween. Ordered two specialty donuts and a regular. All had the consistency of store bought donuts. Tough to chew into. Making my jaw tired just to eat a few donuts. This is not Walmart. You guys specialize in two things, coffee and donuts. When I spend my money at these prices, almost $2.50 for a specialty dont I expect it to be fresh. I suspect these donuts are being baked 24-48hrs in advance and shipped to the store. Will be going to 4th st N location to see if the donuts are better.

I don't understand why everytime I come to this location, the hot drinks and food I get always come lukewarm or still cold in the center. It's not difficult to heat up a pre frozen sandwich and steam a cup of milk to make it hot. Service is always slow also.

This Dunkin or Dunkin Donuts because I don't know the real name. This venue has a great drive thru for quick service. I tried Sabrina's Strawberry Daydream Refresher which sounds like it has a back story and my server was zipping today. So I found out the back story next time, delicious. Accessible venue with accessible tables indoors. Van accessible free parking in private lot. Great quick drive thru with covered area to order Awesome support of Shriners Hospitals for Children today
Everything is bad here, which is a shame due to its proximity to downtown St Pete.

Very poor customer service from the pregnant lookin young lady with the braces and heavy acne problem and they charged me for a large tea but only had enough tea to fill the cup half way , charged me for a 10count munchkins and intentionally gave me 9 whe I address her nasty attitude she told me she don't smile for no1 , I will never go here again

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I call it the mystery dunkin because you never know what your going to get and what attitude you get. I finally stopped throwing good money into bad and drive to Starbucks. Not sure why the owner doesn't care his business is so scrappy.
