Very poor customer service from the pregnant lookin young lady with the braces and heavy acne problem and they charged me for a large tea but only had enough tea to fill the cup half way , charged me for a 10count munchkins and intentionally gave me 9 whe I address her nasty attitude she told me she don't smile for no1 , I will never go here again

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I call it the mystery dunkin because you never know what your going to get and what attitude you get. I finally stopped throwing good money into bad and drive to Starbucks. Not sure why the owner doesn't care his business is so scrappy.

Both of our drinks came out perfectly! You'd think this wouldn't be a big deal, but it is! The young lady who was making our iced coffees was singing and clearly enjoyed her job. Dunkin should be thankful for her. She's a valuable asset to their company.

Well I just came from Tennessee and I got a to tell you they make way better coffee in Tennessee Probably because the green eyed blonde with the fast botty always has a big smile,Well off to Miami they probably got better coffee there too , Let's go Miami Dolphins hint hint that part

I’m have been a Dunkin customer for the last 19 years,and I also worked at Dunkin for 2 years when I was a student. I’ve never seen this bad of customer service. (1524 4th St S,St Petersburg,FL 33701) He act like a mob,service is awful,he responds like a gangster. How can the manager allow this kind of person to be employed in this job? I'm giving three stars not because the service was not good or the food was not good. That was fine but there is this mystery of Dunkin Donuts that has been happening for the last probably five years, that when I go through a drive thru and it doesnt matter what location I go to they never give me napkins.
I really do not get it Is there a shortage on napkins at Dunkin? My regular one I went too I asked him and he said he was sorry and they would from now on make sure I had napkins. Like for real this should be a given that napkins should be in your bag.

Girl who’s working the window needs to be retrained immediately, rushing orders, talking so fast can’t understand her, had an attitude when we pulled up to the window. Music with gun shots, cursing, the N word blaring through out the establishment from the pick up window. Extremely unprofessional and can see why they are having to repeat themselves. Regardless, they gave my husband a coffee that tasted like an ashtray, burnt espresso, I would hate to think they gave him already brewed through or old espresso just bc we asked the girl at the window to repeat what she was saying and she wasn’t happy about it. Won’t be back.

I go through the drive-thru order two orders of hash browns, and they were hard as a brick like they've been sitting. It's ridiculous that should have been cooked to order it shouldn't have been sitting up to be served

I want to thank this crew for being so friendly in the midst of Hurricane Milton!!! They were cheerful and helpful in a difficult time. Come here on 4th Street South and meet this friendly crew! I know I'm happy I did!!!

That place always seems like dirty, the people are cold, it , It almost seems like we're asking them for a favor, finally on Sunday I found the muffin (pumpkin season), it seemed cold I even thought it was from the store, but unfortunately they put it in the fridge from one day to the next (??) that means the muffin is not fresh, the next day it was spoiled, wasting my time and money, disgusting I will never go back.
