Disappointing experience today. I have ordered before with no issues. Ordered ruffles cheddar and sour cream potato chips got Doritos. Said no pickle, got a pickle. Wasteful. I don’t eat them. And my sandwich look like it had been literally thrown in the container. Very sloppy.
Need to do better.

I have to say this is the best sandwich they make. Lots of sauce and melty cheese that makes the bun soft and not dry. Loaded with meat, not like other sub shops that just put one slice over the whole dry bread.

Brandon, one of the workers is great with people and my birthday is today and they gave me a free sub. Usually you have to do it on the app but recently got phone had an issue with my account so I had to re-download the app, but that didn’t matter they know both my mother and I so they honored that for us thank you firehouse subs you rock!!
