We love Hardee's, the burgers are delicious chicken nuggets crispy sort of and french fries are hot or miss either great or not so great. Prices are a bit up there but then again what isn't expensive anymore. Great combo choices. Atmosphere is ok it could be a bit cleaner (tables and soda machine stickey, looks unkept) but maybe we came in after a big rush I don't know.
Try not to be one of those individuals who don't eat meat and go to a BURGER joint looking for an all veggie meal.

Came here today for lunch went through the drive through. The lady asked me if I would like to donate a dollar to for John Hopkins I politely said No thanks. The when I go up to the window the she changed the price of the meal to add the dollar without telling me! 18 almost 19 bucks for chicken strip meal! Mind you the food was mediocre at best but that is besides the point! She never gave me or offered a receipt! So I waited for awhile her to come back and asked her for a receipt she angrily gave me the receipt without saying anything then ran off! I waited a minute and she did not come back. I was charged a dollar for something I politely declined! Listen it is not about the one dollar it is the Principal! That is theft! I will not be returning to this establishment again very shady and poor customer service! Food quality was not commencerate with the price!

Pulled in and 3 employees were outside talking. They looked annoyed that I was interrupting them. Burger was cold. I'm used to waiting a long time here so I assumed they were cooking it but it felt and tasted like frozen microwaved meat. This place used to taste good but the quality and service have fallen off.

When I pulled up I seen a group of hardees employees outside smoking 🚬 I walk in, one that was smoking is at the register taking the order and touching the screen. What upset me was the fact that she decided to touch my food knowing she didn't wash her hands and was touching other surfaces. I've owned a restaurant and that was very poor hygen cross contamination will cause ppl to get sick I rate this establishment 1 star, be cautious to every future customer about eating there. Employees don't practice safe serv as they should!.!
