Today I stopped and ordered my usual, Breakfast Platter with bacon. No issues with any of this as its always top notch and love love love the biscuits and gravy!I also added to my order a single butter biscuit with grape jelly! Always a delicious treat but never when I have to work. I just want to nap after all that!Got my food at the window, took me like 10 minutes to get my Large Coke. Guy at the window handed me my food and just walked away. SO I went through my order and then he finally comes over to say "You ok?" Im like "Im NOT ok never got my Large Coke!" He immediately made me one and handed it to me and walked away again shaking his head. Some lady came over and asked me if I needed anything else and I told her I didnt get any butter on my butter biscuit...she said "Honey, we dont do that anymore!" So Im like ok just give me some packs of butter and I'll do it myself.....AGAIN she said "We dont have any butter to give out!" I never heard such a thing, I mean I specifically asked for butter on my biscuit as I was ordering, and at the window a few times so if NO BUTTER is NOW the policy, tell me when Im ordering it! Guess Im gonna have to bring my own butter next and every time!

I never usually have any issues with their food,, Besides 1 single time,, all of the eggs in my order ((which was six eggs)) had shells in them but they immediately replaced my entire order with no issues.
