They gave me raw food, then a nasty attitude, completely unapologetic. Ignored my questions, and just kept repeating their policy over and over like a robot. Don’t waste your on this abusively low quality food and customer service!
I JUST GOT THE WORSE MOST DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE AT THE LOCATION ON 18TH AVE AND 30TH ST SO IN ST.PETE FL. A RACIST MANAGER NAME JOEY WHO WAS REALLY NASTY TO ME OVER THE PHONE. SO I GO IN TO SPEAK WIT M.O.D. AND HE SAID HE WAS. RIGHT IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS HE SHOWED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LAUGHED EHEN I ASKED FOR HIS NAME. HE WOULDN'T GIVE ME HIS FULL NAME. I ordered from the store here on 18th ave. i ordered two subs. worst mistake ever. the subs are super flat with barley any filling. I ASKED over the phone for extra mayo and extra sub sauce got one mayo in each box and two sub sauces. the subs were luke warm almost cold. and the the side container had LITERALLY two pieces of onions, 3 tomatoes, 4 peppers, and a pinch of lettuce which was mostly WILTED.
