So I placed my order at 8:19pm. It was for a Crispy Colonel Combo and a chicken little on the side, hold the mayo. A few minutes later an employee exited from behind the counter and told everyone it'll be seven minutes while they cook another batch of chicken. It's a bit of an inconvenience, but it'll be fresh, so I'm more than alright with this arrangement.

I visited this store last night and had the worst person ever to take my order. I think she must have been having an awful night because she was down right NASTY!!!
I have never had a bad experience at this location, I will never forget the way the rude cashier (Shanice) was giving pure attitude last night.
This location is in my neighborhood and I'm disappointed because I have to drive further now, just to avoid that happening again!!
Met a friend for dinner. Chicken strips and popcorn chicken were dry and rubbery. Very disappointed since it’s usually really good. Cashier was really nice. This location’s quality seems to be going downhill. Hope it improves since we don’t have many KFC locations in the area.
