This store has got to be the worst ever. Employees are always nasty and miserable. The orders are ALWAYS wrong. And the managers are no better, ready to fight if there’s a problem with a customer telling them that they were wrong.

My partner claxton service is great even though he scratched his name off the board once I realized that after a few times maybe his name is in claxton even though he answers to it My partner royalty

Went through the drive-through and they forgot to give me an item. I went to leave, and as I was pulling out, I looked in the rearview and saw the employee running through the parking lot with my bag! Appreciate the service! Give her a raise lol

Ok guys. This was absolutely disgusting. The 8 piece bucket was SOAKED in grease. The pieces of " Chicken" could not be identified and they disintegrated into bony heaps when handled. I tried a bite but was overcome by the horrible sensory experience. So I posted an interesting video. At least that provided some satisfaction for the money I set on fire.
Did a mobile order here and did not receive my entire order. Admittedly, I was a dope for not checking it until I got home but nonetheless the order was wrong. When I told the Woman behind the counter, she was adamant that she had the order correct. As she went to get my tenders box to complete my order, she complained the entire time that she did it right the first time. So not only does she insult me insinuating that I’m trying to run game over a five dollar box, she can’t admit to making a mistake. To add insult to injury when I got home, the chicken was clearly microwaved because it was rubber. I couldn’t even eat it. I definitely would not recommend this location.

Poor customer service. Waited for someone to greet me for 6 mins with no one in line. When I got there I wanted the wrap and they stated they don’t sell them when it’s on the website. Then asked for the nuggets and they wouldn’t honor what the sign said. I didn’t ask for the manager cause her attitude was totally disrespectful.
