NO STARS!!! FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!! MY TWISTER WRAP TORTILLA WAS HARD AS HELL AND COLD! MY APPLE PASTRY THINGS WERE COLD AND MISSING A COUPLE OF THEM OUT THE BOX, AND I WAS MISSING THE SAUCES THAT I ACTUALLY PAID FOR!! DISGUSTING!! THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!

(DoorDasher) I went into the establishment to pick up order, multiple staff members seen me standing at the counter no greetings. Waited 5 mins without being helped then another delivery driver came in and one of them seen a line form to decide to help. Employee went to the other driver first even though I was standing there first and made their order and just handed it to them and they then turned their attention to me and made my customer order but required me to confirm the order. I asked why didn’t you ask the last driver to confirm the order and she lied saying their order didn’t need to be confirmed. KFC delivery policy that’s posted in the lobby ALL deliveries have to be confirmed! Staff at location is incompetent and lazy liars

normally I have a fine experience here but today I went in and they have 1 cook and 1 front of house employee who is expected to run the whole store— packing orders, working drive through, keeping the dining room clean, etc. she was doing EVERYTHING. I understand that as a business you want to keep labor costs low but that was just cruel to put an employee in that situation where wait times are up and she has to deal with rude customers. having the correct amount of staff on shift will likely also raise guest satisfaction since i wouldnt have to wait 30 minutes. again, no fault of the two people working today— everything to do with management. treat your employees better, come on now.

I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered the Tuesday special 8 pc. chicken 2 sides and biscuits Overall just grossed out. My mashed potatoes were watery too only decent thing was the biscuits and they was questionable after looking at the rest Never Eating here again on God
I ordered on line to try to get the right food. They still didn't get it right. The biscuits were raw dough in the center. I didn't even get all the pieces of chicken I was supposed to. Half the chicken was more breading than chicken. On top of that, half of my daughter's nuggets tasted like they were made the day before. Massively underwhelming. Maybe it is just me when you spend over $30 on a meal that those items you orderedshould actually be given to you and that they should be edivle. On top of that you got one tiny little girl handling the front and one person in the back struggling to cook everything while the person I think wasthw manager was too busy walking around on their phone doing a whole lot of nothing helpful
