From the moment you walk in you see that the place is very clean and you feel welcome Everytime you walk in..very tasty sweets.

I had left a review earlier about a poor experience we had here the other night, due to rude customer service. However, upon receiving a reply from the business, we were told that the employee who had helped us is a high-functioning person with disabilities; so if you have a similar experience to us, don't take it personally. The gelato we had was good, but due to not being aware of this disability, we had an overall uncomfortable, unpleasant experience, unfortunately.

I went here probably a week ago and just came to see if I wanted anything, the cashier had offered a macaron to try and me thinking it was free tried to walk out and asked me am I going pay for it ( we got 2 it was me and my friend ) and he charged us 6 dollars… I probably won’t go back

Love this place!!! I've never had a bad experience. Even the cashier I thought was friendly and funny. I come here at least once a week for their macarons... they're yuummmy!!! 😋

I absolutely love coming here. The macarons are of course amazing (gluten free, low sugar, etc.), but there's also a lovely cafe. It's cute, quieter than other coffee shops, and a great place to sit and work while enjoying downtown St. Pete. There's also delicious chocolates and handmade jewelry that I learned supports underprivileged women from underserved areas. The owners are lovely too!!

My first visit was great and so was the owners customer service! However, my second visit there with two others who have never been, was not as great as my first visit. The gentleman at the counter did not acknowledge us as we walked in, when I asked about prices he just turned the tv on and pointed. He asked what i wanted and I stated “the 8 pack” he grabbed a small bag and as I said out loud which macaroons I wanted he asked again how many I was getting, I repeated “the 8 pk”. He sighed and grabbed a box instead. At check out he just put my order in, turned the screen towards me, walked away and sat down. His customer service was poor and I did not feel welcomed. If I visit again and he’s present, I will not go in.

Been to this place a few times and was always greeted in a friendly manner. The macrons and pastry selection is great and love their Gelato flavors.

Looking forward for my next visit.

My absolute favorite place to go whenever I’m downtown! The owners Karam and Sanjam are two of the nicest people you could wish to meet! The Macarons are always perfect and to die for. St Pete needs more businesses like this and more people like Karam and Sanjam! I give their macarons as gifts to my customers and people always love them!

I purchased a four pack of the dairy free macaroons. They were unpleasant, and that’s being kind. They tasted like pure oil (coconut oil is used in place of dairy). I requested a refund, however, the owner said that “one cannot order from a restaurant and want money back.” He offered us sorbet, which we declined and wouldn’t make up for the near $14 cost of the macaroons. We won’t return, as their dairy free options are subpar. So, if you’re dairy free, avoid the macaroons as they are an insult to your taste buds.

The GO-TO spot for excellent macarons and gelato!!!!! Came here on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how incredible the flavors of the Gelato were and how perfect the macarons are!! The owner is who served us, he was so lovely and kind! I hope more people find this place!! Wishing this business nothing but success 🙌
