Our appetizers (crab cake & drunken island shrimp) were very underwhelming and portions were small for the price. My entree (American Snapper) was delicious, cooked to perfection, and the butternut squash risotto was amazing. My girlfriend's entree (lamb rack) was really good, but portions were small and the lamb itself was fatty. Not worth the $50 price tag. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with the atmosphere and the prices were too high for the quality of the food...
This was our first time at Mad Fish. From the greeter, to our waitress, to the owner who came by to see how we were doing... it was a great experience. Six of us went for Valentines Day, with a 5:15 reservation, outside seating. Appetizers were quick to come out, but the bread promised by the waiter did not appear until we flagged him down to ask for it an hour after we were seated. And he missed the salad for one of our group, even though it was her only appetizer and the rest of us had already enjoyed an appy, so she had to wait for it.
We did not get our entrees until 7 p.m., almost two hours after we sat down!
