Again, a McDonald's on the South Side. My food came fairly fast and was accurate. Sadly, there's a large homeless presence in this area and their activities seem to be centered around this location. I'm certain the staff has had their limit with people and their unemployed behavior. Overall, I'll continue to come here, I'll just be sure to lock up my vehicle and get in and out as quickly as possible. These guys are doing their best with what they got and I commend them for it. Keep up the good work.

WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. The drive-through crew could not have been more unpleasant. They literally acted like I was a burden, like they were reluctantly doing me a huge favor. I don’t need to make a new friend at a drive through but I don’t tolerate hostility. The woman at the 2nd window basically shoved the food and drink at me. I definitely won’t ever come back here. Absolute TRASH.

At this location often due to it being so close to my job. The night employees do not know how to do their job! Around 10:30pm employees. Took 30 minutes for a macchiato one night. Then the next 20 for a caramel iced coffee with extra drizzle… they gave me a vanilla with no caramel drizzle even though it clearly said on the screen caramel. The employees around 2-2:30 pm tend to be pretty great though. Guess I’ll be getting my coffee closer to my house instead of this location since they keep charging me for incorrect and late orders
