I have been on a liquid diet since Christmas and just had surgery a few days ago. Today, I can have soup!!! So, Last night, 1/10/2022, I placed an order around 530-6pm for 2 bowls of soup to be picked up at 8pm. I double checked Panera's hour of operations which said they closed at 9pm.
I showed up at 730pm and checked in and the app told me someone would bring it out to me. 810pm rolled around and I called the store with no answer. Called 2 more times with no answer....read full review
