As a customer experience worker myself in a different field, this is the best fast food experience ever. Walked in the door 10 mins before they opened, I was greeted with a smile and a hello and explained they don’t open until 10 more mins, but said I could sit and hang out and the manager handed me a cup to get a drink on them. Very very welcoming. The day before I did the same thing at Taco Bell and the manager there shewed me out the door and told me to wait outside so this was a very pleasant experience compared to that. Appreciate the kindness! Food was also hot and delicious like always. Wonderful team!

The teenagers working here need to step across the street to the Chick-fil-A school of manners. Unbelievably rude every single time I come here. Pdq is better than Chick-fil-A by a mile and I still choose Chick-fil-A 9/10 times because of the service these kids are giving. I never leave reviews…ever, but it really is that bad.
