“I went to Black Crow Coffee for the first time yesterday and ordered the almond, mocha latte with oat milk and a vegan cream cheese croissant- both were so good! The croissant was flakey and full of flavor, and the coffee was like dessert (but not too sweet) I look forward to returning and trying many other items on the menu!“

“Food is great but quality of service for takeout/delivery is a no starter. In March of this year and again last night at the St. Petersburg location food items are omitted without customer's knowledge, yet full price has been paid for a partial meal. Of course, when you call you get the standard "we can't give a refund cuz it was delivered by a 3rd party". Even though the bag was sealed by Outback and the attached receipt falsely listed all items ordered were enclosed. No phone or contact with customer was made to give a substitution offer. A complete pass poor customer service because they do not have to face you dining in. I think I will switch back to Carraba's across the street. Have NEVER had a problem with their takeout/deliveries. James“

“Fettuccine primavera had a good blend of vegetables, including squash. Sauce seemed buttery and homemade. There was a bit of spice but nothing overbearing or offensive. Bread and salad was good too. Food was still hot when delivered by Doordash on bike.“

The service was impeccable, Ann and our server were very detail-oriented and the food was very delicious as always. I usually go to Cassis for dining or coffee but now I highly recommend it for events! Ann is a photographer so we also appreciated the photos she took of our group. Really appreciate that they made it such a wonderful experience for our families and friends.“
