“I went to Black Crow Coffee for the first time yesterday and ordered the almond, mocha latte with oat milk and a vegan cream cheese croissant- both were so good! The croissant was flakey and full of flavor, and the coffee was like dessert (but not too sweet) I look forward to returning and trying many other items on the menu!“

I came alone and it is a little pricey without by the slice options, but that doesn't take away from the quality of food and amazingly friendly staff!! “Food is great but quality of service for takeout/delivery is a no starter. In March of this year and again last night at the St. Petersburg location food items are omitted without customer's knowledge, yet full price has been paid for a partial meal. Of course, when you call you get the standard "we can't give a refund cuz it was delivered by a 3rd party". Even though the bag was sealed by Outback and the attached receipt falsely listed all items ordered were enclosed. No phone or contact with customer was made to give a substitution offer. A complete pass poor customer service because they do not have to face you dining in. I think I will switch back to Carraba's across the street. Have NEVER had a problem with their takeout/deliveries. James“
