The staff were super helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. We were greeted with free samples of tea and kava. When we picked out our Kratom and Kava, I got to spin the wheel and received 10% off the entire purchase. We will definitely return when we need to restock our supply.

We have always loved supporting Garden of Tea and Botava when visiting St Pete's, FL, but during our last trip this past December, we were incredibly sick after drinking the kava. We are very familiar with the product and I took a few sips and was sick for hours after, then my fiancé tried some of my drink and we had to pull over in a parking lot for him to throw up, he was that ill off of it. We've never had that happen from this location, so it likely was a one off, but when we let the rest of the drink settle in a glass overnight, there was a solid inch of residue/grit in the bottom of the glass. Reached out to the owner about it but never got a reply other than to ask what location. He unfortunately didn't seem concerned that we'd become very sick from the drink. Again, we've always had good experiences up until then but this has definitely made us leary for future trips.

The education and compassion we were provided with literally brought me to tears. I won't shop anywhere but Botava! I suggest you all do the same. The workers there are angels.
