Food is good and flavorful. This used to be one of my favorite Mexican food spots. We used to come here a lot before they raised the prices. The cost of the food isn’t worth the portion you receive.

Overpriced for the little food you get. Zero flavor. I would have rather went to Taco bell. And that should say alot lol. 4 star for atmosphere, at least I got to look at little doggos.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get burritos and tacos in St Pete. I ordered a ground beef burrito and my son ordered a Pork Colorado burrito. My son wasn't even able to take a bite of his burrito before the entire thing fell apart like a hot mess in front of him. He had to eat the ingredients out of his burrito with a fork after the tortilla fell apart and he said the pork was very dry and bland. The first few bites of my burrito were all tortilla and nothing else. When I finally got to the ingredients it was basically all rice and beans with a negligible amount of beef. From beginning to end the entire burrito tasted like a refried bean burrito, very bland and lacked texture. Sad to say this will be the last time I go back as there are so many other choices for good burritos and tacos in St Pete.

This place hands down has the best sangrias I’ve ever had, the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had, and the loveliest servers and ambience!

$21.45 for a steak burrito with guacamole and $19.50 for a large chips and queso is ridiculous. Total was over $60 for lunch after tip, FOR STREET FOOD and 2 cokes. This is not a nice indoor restaurant with a server who checks on you. This place is an outside walk up where you order from a window and get called on a loudspeaker to come get your food so you can eat at a picnic table. No, I’m not kidding. The food is mediocre and the portions are SO small. Save your money and go literally anywhere else for better food…

The last 3 times we ate here were seriously disappointing. Just had their steak burrito and it was a tasteless, rice laden heap of slop...no amount of hot sauce would improve it! And their ice tea was was like drinking water.Sad, because the following was my first review: Our favorite go-to for phenomenal Mexican food! Love their shrimp burrito and their breakfast bowl. Great atmosphere and very nice employees.

Serendipitous find. Lived it. Definitely on the come back list.
This is a walk up window open air restaurant in the shade right in the middle of downtown part of the red mesa group. The food is always amazing. The refried beans are awesome. And of course, the sangria is the best!!
Mahi tacos delicious! I enjoy the selection of street tacos and American style tacos. There is a nice variety of appetizers, adult drinks, and main foods. Seating in an outside covered space but when it's windy and rainy some tables will get wet.Parking: Depending on the time of day you can find parking directly in front or in the street adjacent. Central is always a popular place so don't be afraid to drive around a little

Closest we’ve come to finding authentic Mexican food in St Pete. They actually have taquitos and the tamales are excellent. Burritos are huge and tasty. So happy we are walking distance from this gem.
