Service was great. The fish was fresh like always. We had some friends in town and Sea Salt has been a staple for our reunions. We only ever go when they're in town to keep it special. I will add we had a whole salt tasting experience when we went two years ago, and maybe that's a service no longer offered, but we did miss that. You can still get the different sea salts upon request.
My wife and I have eaten at this location several times and each time it reminds us just how amazing the food is! We have tried half the menu so far and everything we've ordered has been outstanding! The smoked fish dip and tune tartare appetizers are INSANE! Also, our waiter last night (Edwin) was awesome! Can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Sea Salt is a staple of downtown/bayfront St. Pete... A gorgeous restaurant with an intriguing menu and pretty good service. They've got a great happy hour and a solid selection of boutique oysters. More than other restaurants, imo, the bill can sneak up on you: for two people we have spent $300+ for dinner and drinks including a couple appetizers and no desserts. The branzino, de-boned table side, is so good and u can only get that at Sea Salt. I always get the feeling that...
