Our first and only experience at the drive-thru was an interesting interaction from a barista. Initially, he was friendly. During our payment process, another staff member came up and interjected. He handed back our cards, but all the while talking to the coworker. We waited for a few minutes (they were still talking) before starting to drive off. Very rude staffing. The stereotype that Starbucks baristas belittle you for not knowing the correct terminology is very true at this location. I love Starbucks but don’t go often enough to remember the names of drinks/sizes. I hope Starbucks can find better staffing at this location in the future. (The two rude employees were middle-aged women, but the young man was very kind. I just wish he took our order.)

Walked in on Sunday (March 19th) afternoon and there was no one in line; yes! I just knew I would get a quick, cup of coffee. To my surprise, none of the "baristas" even acknowledge I was there.
