Extremely rude staff. They act as if it’s an inconvenience when customers walk in. I ordered a matcha tea latte but it wasn’t made right. I asked politely if the lady could remake my drink and she said only if I pay for the next drink because I can’t get a free drink. Awful service.

Came in to use holiday gift card was told we don’t have a holiday menu. Wasn’t told hello or how are you? Wasnt welcomed at all. Very rude tone from staff

Our first and only experience at the drive-thru was an interesting interaction from a barista. Initially, he was friendly. During our payment process, another staff member came up and interjected. He handed back our cards, but all the while talking to the coworker. We waited for a few minutes (they were still talking) before starting to drive off. The barista called out, saying he hadn't given us our drinks. We showed him our drinks. Then he accused us of not paying for the drinks which we did. I had the recent transaction on my phone and had to show him. Drinks were fine; service... questionable.

Very rude staffing. The stereotype that Starbucks baristas belittle you for not knowing the correct terminology is very true at this location. I love Starbucks but don’t go often enough to remember the names of drinks/sizes. I hope Starbucks can find better staffing at this location in the future. (The two rude employees were middle-aged women, but the young man was very kind. I just wish he took our order.)

Only location in town that *continually* refuses to listen to your cup size request just so they can give you a giant glass of milk instead of an espresso drink.

Will overcharge you and refuse to double check. Make sure you’re not getting charged for a cup of milk when you add a creamer to your drink. Pure scam

Before reopening, the staff was helpful and kind. Now almost everyone I encounter there is rude and slow. For a loaf of bread you’ll be waiting for 10 mins (even when there’s no other customers there) just for them to give you a burnt piece. They just always seem to have an attitude as well, and I’m there pretty frequently since I work in the mall. I think the only time I’ve had a decent cashier was on their opening day but even then, she was very standoffish. I’ve never been to a Starbucks like this one, they don’t even apologize if they mess up your order or burn your food.

Walked in on Sunday (March 19th) afternoon and there was no one in line; yes! I just knew I would get a quick, cup of coffee. To my surprise, none of the "baristas" even acknowledge I was there. Furthermore, they didn't even raise their heads to see who walked in the store. I could've been naked or Elon Musk! But, once again, no emotion I think Starbucks is secretly testing robot Baristas. Anyway, horrible service. So, I went to Dunkin Donuts down the road and was able to get a quick cup of coffee and it was good and around 50% cheaper. C'Mon Man get on your game!!!

So VERY glad we found this place while on vacation in Tampa!! Rich, flavorful and absolutely delightful!!

I love Augustine‘s cheesecakes. I love the cinnamon roll cheesecake it so good.The custom service is so wonderful the owner is a very nice lady.

We had breakfast and coffee here and enjoyed it. The egg sandwich was kind of small but I’m sure we received the standard. Coffee was good but as a little pricy as Starbucks tends to be.The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean.

We always get friendly and professional service here plus properly made drinks. We buy a hot chocolate for my wife's manicurist each month and sometimes an espresso for myself. Thanks for being on point! Life is good with espresso!
