It's okay. On the corner of a busy street corner on 4th st and 9th ave. The have indoor and outdoor seating. Service is okay but could be better. Unfortunately, their baristas are not as friendly as other Starbucks locations.

Ordered 2 Mochas Grandes cold and this was served in a timely manner. Also, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they never came out and 10 minutes passed. I went and asked barista and she said they were being made. Waited another 5 minutes and still no sandwiches. Went to counter again and asked for money back. Turns out male barista never made them.

Where do I begin first when we entered you had no clue where to order no signs saying order here. Second when we ordered we told the girl not to put strawberry chunks in the drink. We also ordered a cake pop and a cranberry bliss cake slice which was good. Thinking they were gonna call our name we stood looking stupid for 12 min still nothing then went up to counter where they were just putting drinks to find ours just sitting there. Like really that wasn’t what we were expecting. Very disappointed beyond I wanted a refund but I had my 5 yr old niece which never been to Starbucks and wanted her to get her drink. So I had to suck it up. Never again Starbucks will you get a dime out of me!!!!

Everytime i come to this location I wait forever when there is 3-5people behind the counter and only one is making anything the rest is just standing around talking. Then I receive my order and it's wrong! So annoying And a waste of time.

Another reason to support local businesses! Ordered ahead. One drink Frappuccino as ready when I arrived, but basic coffee drink not. A cup that looked to be mine was sitting there. I asked if it was mine? Jaelyn just looked at the cup and said it needs label. It was clearly my drink. Someone forgot the label. She then looked up my order and intentionally placed me back in the queue. I waited another 10 minutes then asked her to just give me regular coffee. She told me that was there process. Finally a manager came up - i asked her to just give me regular coffee. Just admit you screwed up and make the coffee. Jaelyn could not be bothered this morning. Go to a local coffee shop.

We enjoyed our day in this pleasant seaside town and ended the day with refreshing iced coffee drinks. It was enough to get us back on the road, headed for Orlando and dinner.
