Starbucks in St. Petersburg Florida and East Orlando area are all incredible, they listen to the customer and ensure that your order is to your liking. Tallahassee could do with a few lessons. I always order a drink while traveling through Tallahassee and it’s never correct. I know they are super busy but if I’m paying 5 or 6 dollars for coffee I should get it like I like it.
The people here are very nice and know me by name because I am a regular. They treat me that way as well. They always have smiles on their face is and if I drink is made wrong they are always happy to remake it. I’ve even ordered at the wrong location and got my drink there. Great teamwork. I like it because they know how to make my drink and they know what light ice means.
