Crew member was rude. I don't usually complain about specific workers but damn. We made an online order. It says pull up to the window to be served, which is great since my wife and I are disabled. We get to the window and she makes an ugly face and points for us to go around to the door. My wife tries to tell her it's an online order but she ignores her. So I had to come in to get the food, she had an attitude and I repeated that it was an online order only for her to say "our window doesn't work, anyway" in such a nasty tone.
I know I probably sound like a Karen but it's rare that someone irks me that bad.

Sometimes I don't get certain toppings like lettuce or spinach because they don't look appetizing at this location.

50-75% chance it will take them a long time to make your order based on a handful of visits.

Last time they charged me for double meat instead of just +pepperoni which is a dollar less, not a big deal but I don't have money to waste like that.
It also took 25 minutes for him to finish up two already toasted sandwiches and then make my one item order.

Not trying to be harsh but that's my honest experience. If you want to see the difference the Subway off Ulmerton is night and day comparatively.

RUDE and incompetent employees AND manager. The old white woman with brown hair at this location should NOT be employed working with the public. She was VERY unprofessional with both me AND my teenage daughter. 45 minutes for a mobile order and they STILL couldn’t get it right. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t rate even 1 star. Zero stars.

We ordered online and the employee messed up our order with someone else, so I got a wrong sandwich. Luckily the employee was very sorry and made me a new sandwich, she was even so sorry that i also got 2 cookies for free. Overall experience was good, employee was super friendly and the place was clean. Food was okay…but not the best.

I never once in my life have I had the thought of walking out on someone while making me a sandwich. I walk in first sight I see of an employee speaking on FaceTime and making the sandwich the whole time on FaceTime. She sits her phone down where the sandwiches are made. I got a meatball sub, she ran out of meatballs to put on my sandwich and left my sandwich with less meatballs it would typically have on it. Instead of being concerned about my sandwich, she was more concerned about getting the marinara sauce off her phone and cross contaminating it even more. I saw her phone literally touching my sandwich. The only good part was her charging me $3 less than the sandwich cost because I’m not sure she even knew what kind of sandwich she was making with her being concerned about what the person on the phone had to say about some kind of Christmas present. I rarely make bad reviews, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at subway.

You have to ask for a key to use the restroom. I didn't get a chance to eat do to needing to use the restroom. Someone was having their sub made at time of relief. Restroom was locked.

Probably because she had her headphones in. she made my sandwich wrong. Then looked at me like I did something. Stop making my food to make someone else. that came in after me.

When I first arrived, it wasn't busy. The guy who was behind the counter was very rude. I simply asked him what the specials were, and he snapped back. There isn't any.!! Then asked what a foot long is. He states it depends on which kind. I finally ordered 1/2 meatball sandwich on wheat. When the sandwich was done, I ask for a small drink. He wouldn't say which cup or offered it to me. A customer not supposed to touch cups because you don't know where their hands have been. That is unsanitary, especially with covid still around. It cost me almost $10, which is without chips or cookies. I'm not buying the store out, trying to get a sandwich and drink. This is why I still go to McDonald's because atheist they have deals and get a meal for under $6, which includes your drink and side order. Then I used the bathroom, and the restroom had piss on the floor, piss on toilet seat, and toilet had so much toilet paper in it it wouldn't flush. Like I said, there were no other customers in the store, and there no reason the bathroom was like this. ?

Lady who served us was rough but efficient. Food was very good. The parking lot was horrendous, small tight spaces. We were in and out in 10 minutes, good experience.
