When I first arrived, it wasn't busy. The guy who was behind the counter was very rude. I simply asked him what the specials were, and he snapped back. There isn't any.!! Then asked what a foot long is. He states it depends on which kind. I finally ordered 1/2 meatball sandwich on wheat. When the sandwich was done, I ask for a small drink. He wouldn't say which cup or offered it to me. A customer not supposed to touch cups because you don't know where their hands have been. That is unsanitary, especially with covid still around. It cost me almost $10, which is without chips or cookies. I'm not buying the store out, trying to get a sandwich and drink. This is why I still go to McDonald's because atheist they have deals and get a meal for under $6, which includes your drink and side order. Then I used the bathroom, and the restroom had piss on the floor, piss on toilet seat, and toilet had so much toilet paper in it it wouldn't flush. Like I said, there were no other customers in the store, and there no reason the bathroom was like this. ?

Lady who served us was rough but efficient. Food was very good. The parking lot was horrendous, small tight spaces. We were in and out in 10 minutes, good experience.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. When I tell you this is the best Subway experience I have ever had I'm not exaggerating. Every other subway has the service and quality level of Popeyes. This location was Chic Fila level of service. Stephanie greeted us and made us feel at home. Didn't feel like we were eating fast food felt like she took her job seriously. Everything was super fresh and tasted amazing. 5 out of 5. Kudos to the GM of this location. Give Step a pay raise she needs to be a trainer.

I was informed that I was not able to be serviced for 15 minutes. According to the staff they are training and the manager did not pay them for this work therefore they were not going to help anyone for as long it took them to train. This is terrible service at all levels. We are the customers and should come first. Additional customers turned around due to the disappointing and aloof staff.

Ordered for pick up on the company website and when I got home, both sandwiches had buffalo sauce heavily poured on them which we asked for a completely different sauce - we couldn’t eat these because it was literally swimming in buffalo sauce. This place had a better review than the one closest to my home but this one is just as disappointing if not more so. A waste of two sandwiches.

The one star review is for management. The employee was awesome. I wish I had gotten her name. Placed order through the app and when I arrived there were two customers in the store but just one employee. The only reason for my review is to praise the girl working. She had several app orders to make and a line formed after I arrived. But she acknowledged every customer that walked through the door as she was working and did an awesome job making each sandwich with a line of people staring impatiently at her. She deserves a raise and the manager that let her be left alone at lunch time should be ashamed of themselves. The place is too busy for one person to be working alone.This was 10/01/2023 at 1:00 pm.

Exceptional service. Tonya is the best. One of the best subs I’ve ever had at any Subway. It would be helpful to have more that one employee during the busy times. The wait was totally worth it.

A pretty standard Subway, albeit not in a great area (also typical of a Subway I suppose). The employees were nice, but service was slow. I feel that they are understaffed (typical of a Subway). When I checked out, the employee asked if I tipped her, which felt… Weird. Bathrooms weren’t maintained well.
