Taco Bell in Saint Petersburg

“Got uber eats order from here at 8pm and received nice got and fresh food, received all my items and they all were made correct, this is the first time in a long time that ive ordered something from uber eats (from most stores) and got everything i ordered so i definitely trust this location! Also i called and talked to tyrone, hes a wonderful person and you can definitely tell he cares about his work and making sure everything is correct! Also i hope the kitchen has the best of nights because they definitely made my night amazing with this delicious food!“

“i live down the street from this taco bell ive been going here since i was a teen im now an adult , anytime i got food from here it was always made correctly and no complaints from me, everyone else in the reviews are being so harsh about the waiting and incorrect order etc but with me im a understanding person , you never know how someone day is or what they are going through even when people have stuff they are going threw they show up to work and get things done so what if the order isnt made perfectly correct thats why you cant go out and get fast food and then complain about the small stuff when you could have simply went home and made you lunch or dinner,why go out and get food and then when something isnt exactly perfect to the t you complain 🤣 i mean come on just make your own food and meals and you wont have to complain about the food being cold or taking to long to be served ,anyways im done with my little rant all i wanted to say is i like this taco bell and ive never had any problems with them 🙂 also side note my order usually is about $11 to $13 it isnt to pricey depending on what i buy i usually order but i think they have affordable prices for their food items😊“

“I was given a small cup when my order called for a medium I asked the lady at the window did the cup size change for the medium she insisted thats always been the size of the medium cup , I went back to a different location , I ended up getting the medium 20oz cup like always she gave me the 16oz cup at this location.“

“I shouldn't eat taco bell as much as I do but this location is so fantastic I just cant help it.
No matter day or night the staff is always super sweet and my food is always accurate and delicious!

“Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Devon at Taco Bell! His customer service was honestly amazing — super polite, friendly, and respectful. You don’t see that kind of attitude very often in fast food anymore. He really made my visit a good one, and I think he deserves some serious recognition for it. Way to go, Devon! 👏“

“So I was pleasantly pleased with the person who took my order in the drive-thru. Started filling out a rating, and it was going to be great. But then I get to the window to pick up my food, I pay, and then a guy comes up and tells me to drive around the circle. Not knowing what that meant, I parked as that is what most drive-throughs have you do. No... They wanted me to go back through the whole drive-thru line again. Therefore, I have to wait behind other people who are ordering their food after I have already ordered mine. People are paying, other people were told to go through the circle, they are picking up their food. Why is my food not being walked out to me at that point instead of making me go all the way back through the drive-thru line and wait behind everyone else like that? When I brought it up to the lady, I said it confused me, and the faces that she and the guy behind her were giving me was like they are shocked that I would even question why someone would have to go all the way back through the drive-thru line. It's craziness to me. I'm going to continue going back to my favorite Taco Bell on 4th and 38th as this one is a joke.“
