I asked for no lettuce and they put lettuce on my spicy potatoe taco and add beef and no beef but paid for it. Ask for nacho cheese and paid for it and didn't get it I went through drive thru

The food was really the only good part about this place. The atmosphere was okay, but just seemed very off-putting. The service, however, was TERRIBLE. Everyone was dragging their asses, moving so damn slow. We ordered a good bit, but they just took their time making the food. Took us at LEAST 30 minutes to get our food. This place would be much better if the employees had some pep in their step. 🙄

Took 35 minutes to get me 4 damn tacos and not a siingle person acknowledge or asked to help when I arrived. I waited 10 minutes then had to ask somebody to come up to the counter to assist. Waited another 25 minutes just to get my order when I was the only other person inside. Most unprofessional establishment and staff I’ve ever seen.

Stop frying the cinnamon twist in old grease we can taste it every time inedible
They choose when they want to work or close their shop. The hours are completely voluntary on when the staff feels up to working. I pulled into the drive thru on multiple occasions and they close just because they don’t want to work late night hours. There is never a line, probably because the customer service is so poor. I live a mile away and stop here for late night food occasionally. Tonight on 12/6 I pulled into the drive thru and they said they were not serving anymore at 2:16am when they’re open until 4am because they “were backed up” with no customers in line or in the parking lot. The standards are at an all time low, even for fast food. It’s wild. I didn’t even say anything I just rubbed my eyes and drove away. This is normal for this location and the owner should fire everyone and cash out their money.

This is the only Taco Bell in the city that 100% of the time remembers to not put sour cream on my crunch-wrap when I order it with no sour. Also the employees have always been very pleasant to me. I usually eat there Sunday, Monday , or Tuesday nights around 11:45 PM using the drive through.
