My child was inpatient at the hospital nearby. Dad was visiting last night so I walked here to order food for our child. Our burger was supposed to be well done and was supposed to have cheese on our fries. I had walked with our toddler to go pick it up. It took awhile to walk back and when we got back the burger was so red still (so child wouldn’t eat it) and no cheese on the fries. The Avenue DTSP serves top-notch food, including the best veggie burger in town, soft pretzels, and fried pickles. Enjoy dishes like the Smoke Stack and Elote, and pair with a refreshing Front Porch Tea. The vibe is definitely a sports bar with many TVs, perfect for watching the fight. They have great chicken sandwiches and you can sub chicken breast for beef on any burger, like the 90210. The sweet potato fries are yummy. The staff is friendly, attentive, and provides great service. The place has patio seating, an inside bar, and another hideaway bar. The drinks are on point and moderately priced.
