Honestly, my review would really be a 4.5 if that rating existed. The atmosphere and the view are just so enjoyable - being able to see small planes takeoff and land the entire time you’re there is quite a lovely experience, if you’re into aviation like I am. Keith was an amazing server. The beef car pacio should be on a frozen plate. If it's a little on the warm side which is not good for carpacheo. The bathrooms were not very clean when I reported it to the hostess.She made the server teeth clean the bathroom. In my opinion, the hostesses should be taking care of the bathroom. Overall I give it a four star
