Being from Pennsylvania where there is a Family Owned Diner on every block, I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great Diner in Central Florida. Great food. They have “Hub Cakes” which are Pancakes the size of a Hubcap !!! Family Owned !

Host was very polite. As she was sitting my family of 4 a dark haired woman yelled “there is a table in the back”. The host knows what tables are available at most restaurants so why yell??? Our waitress forgot what drink I ordered. She was very attentive to her other tables and greeted them in a timely manner. My patty melt had no onions or cheese as describe in the menu. I've been to all three of the Trip's Diner's, and particularly recommend the Tampa location.
Had brunch there today; food was very good, service by Callie was exceptional.
