I don't understand why they add a 18% gratuity to your check including TAX ? I always tip at least 20%. So put meal on my credit card and leave a few extra $$ in cash. Why do we have to tip and include the government. We pay enough in taxes already. Food and service always good. Uncle Sam did not wait on me. For God sakes give the server there money as should be.
This visit was not as exciting as normal when we normally have our superstar waitress- Lexi and reason we returned to VI as we left waiting on the same 2 things we did this morning that had us leave in the first time - check and box. This time - the service was ok but you can tell when it is a good thing for the staff that settle because there is an automatic 18% added for a tip, regardless if they ever come back to your table - server returned when taking the order and dropping...
I stopped by this place and was suprised how well this place was Managed. One , the Server
( Sarena)was great made a couple suggestions and asked me a few questions to determine what I should order. Was very attentive as well. Then the GM came by to see how everything was. The place was super clean which is so important in the Hospitality business. Great place the get 5 stars and 100 rating from Me.
