This store is straight ghetto. They forget something every single time I go. Ordered a large pineapple mango lemonade with no ice. Get to the windows and there is ice. When I said something the girl gets upset and poured the drink into another cup and then added minutes maid lemonade to try and fill it up. This is the type of service you have to deal with at this store. You can tell that the employees run the store. I really don't believe they have any type of management. If so, they are not doing a good job training.

It's a Wendy's on the South Side, what more should I need to say? Upon arriving to pick-up my mobile order, my food still wasn't ready. The cashier seemed far too bothered to have to show up for work that day and rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth at us when we asked about our order. Now some of you may think I'm being overly dramatic but I assure you I'm the first guy to give someone the benefit of the doubt when it comes to having a bad day. This crew member just didn't want to be there in the slightest..... Sadly, this Wendy's is within walking distance of my home so I would visit more frequently if it wasn't for the complete judgement of my character that came with every visit. Come on guys, you can do a little better.
Parking: Won't have trouble finding parking as nobody's coming here.

This restaurant (Wendy’s )on 336 15th Ave south is a total zoo.. The girl at the window is extremely rude and unprofessional towards paying customers.Also there is never any drinks Today Tuesday Dec 17th at 12:30 Apparently They don’t have drinks only lemonade and orange juice. I will NEVER go back there again..Hair and looks like bugs was floating in the drink I through the whole combo away see attached.. Shame on you Wendy’s🤢🤮

I used to go to the store on my way home unfortunately this would be the last time I will ever go to this Wendy's there is a manager African-American with dreadlocks by the name of Eli who refused to give me a refund after waiting for over 39 minutes. I actually waited for part two of my order for over 30 minutes and he refused to remake my first order the food was absolutely cold and disgusting. I ask for a receipt and they did not have any receipt paper to show that I purchased at this Wendy's, and it has been this norm for months they took a picture of my order on my cekl phone. I was extremely upset the so-called manager with no name tag name Eli was extremely rude and disrespectful. He wanted to argue with me I refuse to get on his level. I spoke to a general manager of another store and they offer to give me a refund and replace me with a new order. I was very pleased with them on 34th Street North and 11th Avenue. The service there in 4st South really sucks at this store. Go here if you are desperate and want to throw up, I was extremly shock with the decling of service here in the last few months. THIS STORE IS EXTREMELY DIRTY DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL They have been out of receipt paper for months. This is a MO of foreign ownership. Have you ever noticed at foreign ownership gas station no recept paper at the pumps, or toilet paper in any bathrooms it's horriibe. I don't understand this is franchise Wendys restaurant. However, I know some people who are...There always out of Frosty, food, soda and cash it's something they're out of every day. Poor management and franchise ownership is the blame for this unexcusable franchise Wendys restaurant. I did report this store & took pictures as well to validate my claim. I hope this will help someone from experiencing my awful experience.
