Slower Service ever. Drive Thru wasn’t even moving, waited 10 minutes. Went inside waited 15 minutes and ended up with cold chicken nuggets and fries. 25 minutes for a terrible Wendy’s meal is ridiculous.

This store is straight ghetto. They forget something every single time I go. Ordered a large pineapple mango lemonade with no ice. Get to the windows and there is ice. When I said something the girl gets upset and poured the drink into another cup and then added minutes maid lemonade to try and fill it up. This is the type of service you have to deal with at this store. You can tell that the employees run the store. I really don't believe they have any type of management. If so, they are not doing a good job training.

No lights on in the entire parking lot. I asked why and worker said "no idea" practically empty because it is so dark it looks closed.

It's a Wendy's on the South Side, what more should I need to say? Upon arriving to pick-up my mobile order, my food still wasn't ready. The cashier seemed far too bothered to have to show up for work that day and rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth at us when we asked about our order. Now some of you may think I'm being overly dramatic but I assure you I'm the first guy to give someone the benefit of the doubt when it comes to having a bad day. This crew member just didn't want to be there in the slightest..... Sadly, this Wendy's is within walking distance of my home so I would visit more frequently if it wasn't for the complete judgement of my character that came with every visit. Come on guys, you can do a little better.
Parking: Won't have trouble finding parking as nobody's coming here.

This restaurant (Wendy’s )on 336 15th Ave south is a total zoo.. The girl at the window is extremely rude and unprofessional towards paying customers.Also there is never any drinks Today Tuesday Dec 17th at 12:30 Apparently They don’t have drinks only lemonade and orange juice. I will NEVER go back there again..Hair and looks like bugs was floating in the drink I through the whole combo away see attached.. Shame on you Wendy’s🤢🤮
