AI ordering at a burger joint is over kill, you can't order substitutions and it takes even longer. Seems like drone humans working inside. Dah! , no wonder they're losing business. Let's put humans to work again. So couldn't complete my order in the drive through and had to go inside. Next time I will drive on to a mom and pops.

Went to order food there on DoorDash. They sent the wrong food saying that they shut the air fryers off for the night and I gave us whatever and that is so wrong. Wont be doing business with this Wendy’s.

7:15 PM December 11th. Do these places not hire supervisors or managers anymore? None of the employees have any idea what's going on. The food looks like garbage but somehow these places keep raising the prices. Won't be back.

Best Wendy’s in Pinellas! The new Frosty Fusion is absolutely epic. Plus, I’ve never once been told the ice cream machine is down at this location—or at any Wendy’s, for that matter. Always reliable and delicious!

I’ve gone thru the drive thru numerous times. Getting the same thing every time. They don’t make eye contact with you when you pull up to the window. They also don’t talk to you. They act as though you are annoying you and turn their back on you to talk to another employee. Not to mention when did the drive through have a cut off time. A few times I’ve been told it’s already closed. 7:00 pm ?????

Employees are the absolute rudest group of people I have ever come in contact with at the drive thru. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Place was filthy gloves by windows trash on tables food on booths, nothing wiped down. Ordered no ketchup just to get it on my bun from the wrap
