I'll be sure to speak to a manager in the morning and regardless of outcome am still getting on with corporate. Had a delivery out of there and YOUR employees messed up the order so bad you'd think that they just said surprise me when ordering in the app. Went to make the drop and the customers came to grab it, they checked it and showed me all what was wrong on top of the 2 drinks which I'll take fault for for not seeing on there as well. I pull up to the drive thru and let the person know I just grabbed the order and some of it was messed up and missing. The guy working the drive thru gets all aggressive and asks "HOW DO YOU KNOW IT WAS MESSED UP" like okay they opened it in front of me and I took a picture of the receipt. He proceeds to tell me excuses on why he can't do his job, can't correct the double to make a triple which I get that if anything. However there were 2 drinks. I'm asking why they can't even give me the drinks they paid for and it's more aggressive b.s. I'm getting from him. I hope wendys has health insurance, send that guy to get a colonoscopy or something. Idk what he has stuck up there but he needs to not make it other people's problems. On top of all that it's things that could mess with my money and ratings. If he doesn't care, get him out of there. Completely and unnecessarily disrespectful. Honestly after the drink thing i wasn't surprised about the burger missing patties. It's clear that in the hiring process at this location, counting isn't one of the requirements needed.

Hubby had a couple of singles and fries. I got a plain baked potato and a kid size Frosty. Since it was take-out I added some things to my plain baked potato. The order was correct and we enjoyed it. Don't know about the atmosphere, I've never been inside. I will say the app was decent and rather easy to use (those 4 ⭐️'s are for the app).

This location is the absolute worst of any chain restaurant I’ve ever been. You wait to order when you are literally the only customer. Staff is rude and manager just watches and allows. This is review is specific to after 5pm schedule. Wendy’s corporation should close this location. Terrible!!!!

This is the worst customer service location. After being told they wouldn’t take the order at the counter and sent to the kiosk (because he was a teenager they were rude from the start) Frosty weren’t available on the kiosk. Standing back at the counter I was ignored for over 10 mins
Then told we haven’t put the machine together this morning. They’ve been open 4 hours already and had two employees standing around while one was doing all the prepping.
Customer service for this chain is not worth the wage they request to be rude and not even capable of taking your order at the counter like a human. Let alone, opening the restaurant timely and not four hours in.
