I've been driving by this place for years, and was super excited to stop in this afternoon. It's hot out, so I ordered an iced coffee and a coffee granita. The place is adorable and I genuinely hope it sticks around.
But I have to be honest: this was, by far, the worst iced coffee I've ever had. Picture getting a Dunkin' iced coffee, drinking 98% of it, and then letting the remaining ice melt until it's basically water - then drink. That is the exact experience I had — just a faint ghost of coffee flavor in a cup of milky ice water. The granita was somehow even worse. Same problem: almost no coffee presence at all, just milky icy water with the faintest hint of coffee.
I paid over $9 for two drinks and poured them both down the drain. I don't say that to be dramatic — they were genuinely undrinkable.
I'm leaving this review not to pile on, but because I'd love to see this place succeed. Something is clearly off with the coffee ratio or the brewing process for cold drinks, and I hope they take a look at it. Fix the coffee, and I'd happily come back.

This was my “coffee” this morning.. I feel bad rating this low because they’re always so nice there. But the coffee is always watered down and the espresso shots are bad too. Never had a good coffee experience here unfortunately.

I pass this coffee shop daily and finally decided to stop! Very pleasant experience and throughly enjoyed the coffee. The owner was very personable and friendly. Happy to support a small local business and will return! The Americano was amazing :)
Great. Surprisingly good coffee. Had a cappuccino and large coffee and was pleasantly surprised for a small operation like this. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
