My family and I went to the mall in Sanford and we’re excited to see that they had an A&W in the food court, of course I had to stop in for a burger and some root beer everything turned out amazing in the customer service was awesome definitely will be back! Thank you!

Sorry for the late review. Had a great experience and Bobby the manager was a tremendous help. After moving to Florida and losing all my glasses from childhood in Irma. Bobby helped me replace my A&W mugs. The food was great like I remembered growing up. Will be making more visits to his location.

They were out of the two items I drove 40 minutes for and the drive thru girl was rude. The place was dead on a Saturday and now I see why. This a&w needs to up their game. I’d rather drive to sanford than come here again!!!! Not to mention it took them about 15 minutes for TWO DRINKS?!

Mailbox is full so there's no way to contact the Sanford, FL location. The Uber eats site wouldn't allow our building #, good luck finding us. Food will arrive cold more than likely. First time here and I wasn’t disappointed!! There was a line with about 3 people in front of me but my order was still out fast. Zachary and Savanna are wonderful employees and held a kind conversation with me. Workers really make you feel welcomed and the food was amazing. Can’t wait to come back soon!!!
