I’m highly upset with what I witness today. I was sitting at the bar waiting for my order & I was with my coworker. I over heard a woman speaking to an employee very rudely! I’m going to assume this woman is a manager the way she was speaking so loudly & disrespectfully to this young lady. I over heard her asking this employee what she was doing in the bathroom??? To a point the young lady employee had to let her know she was doing “#2” I was so so embarrassed for this young woman. This so called “manager” also told her “oh but you had two bathroom breaks today” Never knew there was a certain amount of time you are allowed to use the restroom. I come here all the time. All the servers are kind & also the to go servers, food is great & so are the drinks. But management??? UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I wish I knew this lady’s name so I can call corporate. She has dirty blonde hair & some what heavy set. She has to go immediately!

Great location. Easy access. We had very good service and the food was quick, fresh and very good.
The group of us dropped by for lunch around 1pm Saturday before going to the movies. I had the Blackened Mahi Tacos; my wife had the Coconut Shrimp Tacos. They were great, and the rest of our group enjoyed their meals as well. Their service prompt and attentive.

Great food. Nice atmosphere. Although there is no dancing the music that was playing was good, it really gave that caribbean vybz. The new margaritas were on point and price was good too. If you like spicy drinks try the hot honey mango margarita.

Service was excellent last night. We had a reserved a table for 17 for our church ministry and they had it ready for us, but we ended up having over 20 people, so they didn’t mind that we had to grab another table to add on! They took our drink orders right away and were quick to refill our water glasses as well. The food was excellent, I had the beef empanadas appetizer as my meal. It was very filling and super tasty! Those around me had great looking meals as well; salmon, coconut shrimp, marvelous dinner salad, everything was a hit! I’m sure our group will go again and I have had great service when I go just with family as well! I love the Sanford location!
This location doesn't disappoint. The food the virgin drinks are amazing. Our waitress Diamond was very informative, sweet and very present. Read our minds from a distance. Colen the manager made it a point to come over and greet us. All the friendly faces make this experience top notch. My Wife and I will be back!

Everything was great except the dessert. We ordered the gooey butter cake and returned both. The inside tasted like gritty sand and the rum overpowered it. Nice presentation though. I think the inside wasn't warm enough to have melted it to make it gooey.
