the tire center is impossible to reach on the phone. We have complained to managers twice in the last 1yr no changes. I went there this morning at 9:10 No cars in bays or in the parking lot. one man working . I have a nail in my tire . tire is off truck but he was to busy to help me. I need appointment. I am done no more tires from there

I have now addressed a reoccurring issue with 4 managers. And still no resolve, the managers could care less about the customers, or holding employees accountable. I have had my membership for 3-4 years. I had a membership in the early 2000’s, then cancelled it. I can not go to this store without leaving angry and disappointed. I also have a Sam’s Club membership, I plan to get a Costco’s membership. When my BJ’s membership expires I am done with this company forever. Only thing worse than poor employees, is managers who pretend to fix a problem and don’t. This applies to you Suzi, Heidi, Maria, and store Manager Lisa B. I feel sorry for the first 3 managers, because I saw from the leader, the lack of caring.

BIG shoutout to my BJ’s in Sanford FL today! Those working there today during the early hours for seniors were all “volunteers” from their warehouse employees. Totally appreciate you all being there for the seniors!!!

Their GuAva cheese pastries are amazing !!!! So delicious. And cheAp

I ordered a cake for the first time here and I have to say I am very impressed. The cake was very delicious and affordable as well. Will definitely be ordering future cakes from here.

They usually have samples on Friday evenings as well as the weekend but less crowded on Fridays.
