This place just happened to open right next to work. I would walk out to my car and smell the beautiful smell of meat slow smoked in the air. Then think, “man I have to get some of that!” I walked over and met the pit master in the flesh. I was met with a friendly smile and a conversation that I have looked forward to every chance I can get to. As a fellow vet to see someone chase their dream is so refreshing. Just as refreshing as the experience of his barbecue. If you want some amazing food skip 4Rivers, Mission, or Sonny’s.

We ordered lunch for 100 people at a church function. Ordering process was smooth and easy, Joel was right on time and very friendly and helpful and most importantly the food was amazing!! Generous portions meant everybody could fill their plates and I received tons of compliments on how good the food was! First class operation. That Brisket with their signature sauce, wow!!!!

Delicious. Collard greens needs a lot of love and care and they nailed it. Spicy, not overcooked, absolutely perfect. I will come back every chance I get. I gave Fuel bbq a couple of chances while the truck wasn’t around, and I have to say, this food can’t be matched. If you’re looking for good bbq, and some greens made with heart and soul, this is the place to order.
