We had a delayed flight last Friday, August 2nd and they moved us into the other side of the airport. We saw that the Budweiser Bar was open and we went in for a drink.
We were greeted by an extremely rude bartender. She was very obviously frustrated and angry that she had to stay and work past the time she was suppose to clock out. I understand but if you have to be there, why not at least try and be pleasant to the people spending money and tipping you? She was very vocal about how she hated working there, hated the airport and how she refused to do any dishes so everyone ordering was limited on what they could have.
We paid and left and sat outside at the tables in the front. We could hear her give the same speech to every person that entered the bar. How mad she was and how she didn’t want to be there. She even stood in the doorway at one point, blocking it and yelling at people that tried to enter. They weren’t serving food and she wouldn’t allow anyone to sit inside unless they stayed on one side of the bar.
This was a horrible experience. She should find a job she actually likes.

The only reason I rated this a 1 is because there isn’t a lower rating to select. Should be way in the negative. $43 for two horrible breakfast sandwiches and a greasy piece of hash brows. They won’t give you water to drink you have to pay them nearly $5 for a bottled water. They said they don’t have a water tap; how do they clean thing???They give no service but automatically charge you 15% (watch the fine print at the bottom of the menu). This place should be an embarrassment to the city of Sanford and certainly the airport.

We stopped in as they were prepping to close- the bartender politely let me know and offered us to go food. She asked if we were boarding. She was very friendly. The food wasn’t great but it met my expectation of a small airport dining experience. I love flying in and out of this airport and if average food is the trade off for friendly staff, TSA and airport workers, I’ll take it.

This is basically the only food option in the airport and the owner knows it. Food is overpriced and mediocre. Gratuity was pre applied. No beers on tap. Only bottled soft drinks. They wouldn’t even give you water, you have to buy a bottle. This isn’t the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, but I’d eat a carton of cigarettes washed down with a bottle of jack from the duty free near by before I gave this rip off restaurant another cent.

Food was edible. But the service was horrid and dining area was filthy. Sat at a sticky table and saw the manager use her hand to wipe off a table, no cloth or rag

I was waiting on my flight decided to get something eat I sat down across bar 2 seater and I waited 15 minutes and atleast 2 women past me and I was not offer water or menu the lady at bar looked me eye to eye and I was not acknowledged at all this is sad to treat someone I am disabled veteran and this is sad to be treated like
