The lobby was extremely dirty and employees were so rude. If you dont know how to work with people why bother working in customer Service. I had my kids in my car and had to leave after i asked for help with an item on the menu, “ do you want it or not “ was what they told me. This burger king needs better management.

Normally ok but I ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave me chicken sticks and I ordered no ice and it's filled up with ice. 1/8/25 2:45pm manager seems like she was distracted taking my order.

Worst service ever from the cashier taking orders in drive through to every car waiting at least 7 minutes at the window WTH is going on in there
Used to be nervous ordering, but now when we do decide to splurge and eat out this location is very reliable for good service.
We did a pick up order this time and the food was very fresh. If I had to nit pick something the onion rings were soggy but a few minutes in the air fryer fixed them right up.

Horrible service. The kid behind the counter wanted to argue with me about our order. Another staff member stepped in between and removed him from the situation. They were out of ketchup and mustard and did not say anything to the customers. Won’t be back to this location
