I just wanted to give a shout out to the Manager. Her name is Day and she is wonderful. She’s always smiling and the food is always great! I hope she gets recognized for her level of customer service. You can tell that she cares about the customer. That’s hard to find nowadays. Thank you DAY! You are appreciated!

This place got a whole new revamp! I went for a late night drive thru 03/10 with my husband around 9pm and the man was well trained in taking the orders nicely and professionally. (I know this because I have been trained in a fast food environment and for fine dining) . I have not eaten inside yet since their new look, staff was nice, they had me pull forward for the food which I did not mind at all and everything was served beautifully to the organization in the bag and ketchup packets without asking and the food was hot! My whopper was well prepared as well, most places just throw things on and the burger is a mess, but here it wasnt!!! Fries were excellent as well thank you! I hope it stays like this keep it up :)

Not even the renovations can save the fact that this store can’t seem to staff it with competent employees. The wait time for a to go order for my son was over 15 minutes and there was no one in the store or drive thru. The staff stand around reaking of marijuana instead of doing their jobs correctly. I will never come to this Burger King again.

I had a great experience at Burger King thanks to Tab. She was very friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct. You could tell she genuinely cares about the customers and creating a positive experience. Even though it was busy, she stayed patient and had a great attitude the whole time. Last time I went in my chicken sandwich was a nasty, dark color. The staff is also incredibly rude. Never going back and recommending everyone that comes into my store not to go there.
