2/27/24 by far the worst experience ever. Our server at drive thru gave us our bag and shut the window on our faces. She didn't return to give us our drink. We beeped twice and was ignored by two employees. A third person came by and heard us calling out and finally opened the window. Ive never experienced such disrespect!!! Burger king location on Town Center and North Entrance in Sanford, Fl. If I can rate it a NEGATIVE Zero I would.

I ordered a special sandwich and they put everything on it . And no napkins in the bag at drivethrew . Inside was not open on a Saturday afternoonDietary restrictions: I asked to not have anything but lettuce ketchup and tomorrow on my buger and they give it to me the normal way.

Today I went into the Sanford Florida location and it was horrible. First of all they were out of buns. Then they had no ice. No diet coke. I had to get escorted to the bathroom because only the men's bathroom was locked. Then they were out of kids toys. Somehow the fries were burnt. And the manager smelled like he was on meth or something. But at least I got a golden crown at the end and $30 out of my wallet.

No one in the drive-thru when I arrived at 2:17 pm on Thursday. Waited 17 mins at window after I paid for a number 2. When it came out it burger was fine, but rings were old.What's more frustrating is watching the drive thru employee work the front and take orders from ppl who arrived after me and they get their food before me.Do not visit if you're in a time crunch.
